SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At Forage General, our goal is to process your order quickly and arrange your flowers beautifully. We aim to process all orders within the same business day hours. If we are experiencing higher than normal volume we will reach out to let you know of the delay.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We are pleased to offer Local Delivery in the Shuswap area (Armstrong, Salmon Arm, Canoe, Sicamous, Tappen, Blind Bay, Sorrento, and Enderby) 

This service is available from Monday - Saturday only. We do not deliver on Sunday or on most statutory holidays. Our delivery rates vary depending on your region. These are calculated at Check Out.  Free delivery is available if you reach the qualifying amount for each region. 

We will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a delivery window time. 

For weddings, we are able to service the entire Okanagan area. 

STORE PICKUP 

Items purchased through our online store can be picked up one of our store locations in Vancouver within 12 hours of purchase. We will send you an email confirming your items are ready for pickup. 

Orders can be collected at Forage General 6 days a week during our regular business hours.
