A delivery fee of $12.95 is charged for flower deliveries within Salmon Arm city limits. For areas beyond the city limits the rate is based on the distance away from our store. Free shipping is available if you meet spending criteria for each region.
We're sorry to hear that your special arrangement didn't last as long as you had hoped. We try our best to deliver the freshest flowers possible and as with any perishable product, expiration can be caused by a variety of variables.
1. Unclean vase or water not being changed regularly.
2. Stems weren't recut before being placed in water.
3. Flowers were placed in an area of full sun exposure or next to very cold windows or a bowl of fruit.
4. Left in a hot or cold car for an extended period of time.
If you think the flowers wilted prematurely, we are happy to discuss this with you and hopefully remedy the situation to your satisfaction. Please go to the Contact page HERE and either call us at the shop or email us using the contact form.

All pricing is based on market value and that amount fluctuates weekly. Costs can vary depending on shipping, whether the flowers are in season, and the demand for those flowers. Typically roses at Valentine's Day for example are more costly because of the high demand.
When possible we always do our best to support local growers and order from the farms around us, but for the situations where that isn’t an option, we import our products from all over the world. With beautiful and unique flowers coming from places like Holland, Italy, Ecuador, and California, prices can vary widely.

We don't have set wedding packages since every wedding is so unique. We would be happy to provide pricing information once we have more knowledge of what you are looking for.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Currently, we are unable to ship outside of North America. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Currently we are only delivering locally in the Shuswap area. Orders ship from Monday to Saturday within 5-8 hours of receiving them. Delays may occur in delivery (weather, road closures etc.) which are out of our control, but we will try our best to have deliveries out before end of day at 5:00pm.
You should receive an order confirmation delivered to the email inbox you provided. If you did not receive it, please check your junk mail folder as sometimes providers can filter these. We recommend marking the email as "not junk" so you will receive any future notifications.
